"I believe that by specializing in certain areas of the law,
I provide my clients with the best representation."
You have just been injured in an auto accident or you hurt yourself at work. The insurance company is calling you. They want you to give them a recorded statement, or they want to send you to one of their doctors for an independent medical evaluation (IME). What do you do? Motor vehicle accidents and worker’s compensation claims can be extremely complicated and confusing. Do you have to see a doctor the insurer chooses? Can you see your own primary care physician, or can you see a specialist on your own without a referral? Who pays for the medical treatment and your lost wages? Are there time limits for the insurer to pay? Do you have time limits on getting the proper claim forms into the insurance company?
These are just a few of the many questions that arise when you, or a loved one has been hurt or killed at work or in a car crash. The insurance adjusters know the answers to most, if not all, of these questions but do not count on them to explain everything to you. Insurance companies are in business to make money. They do this by paying as little on a claim as they can get away with. I always say to my clients, “If the insurers paid what they were supposed to on the claims, I would be out of a job. I have no fear that I am going to be unemployed anytime soon!”
This is why you need an experienced attorney on your side to guide you through the complicated process involved with motor vehicle collisions and work injury claims. I have been handling these claims since 1986. I limit my practice to these two areas of the law in order to be very good at what I do.
If you have been hurt at work or in an auto or motorcycle accident, please call me. I will be happy to speak to you personally about your claim.
